Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey guys, just wondering as I've never seen one so far up the Liffey.

But I seen a seal up as far as Ormond Quay (Dublin) yesterday.

Unfortunetly I didn't get a photo of the lad, but I'm wondering, is it unusual to find a seal this far up the river?.

And sorry if this is a silly question, but if its unusual, what would bring him up that far?.

Btw, love this forum.. I read it regularly, its like the softer, gentler side of the madness of boards.ie.

I've seen them in the Boyne as far up as the Slane side of Drogheda (Near the playground). About 7KM up river from the sea.

Yes, not uncommon. They can be seen as far as Ormond Quay and further.
