phone has been fixed numerous times

    hi maybe someone could shed some light on this. I have a blackberry curve on contract, and i it has been sent off to be fixed now numerous times everytime i get it back it lasts a few days and its broke again!! i seriously dont want it back and dont want another on of this phone but cause im under contract do i have to take the same phone again or can i demand a totally different phone???

    Agree with above.

    After 3rd time it should be replaced or refunded.

    And its in your right to ask for it. Dont take we will send it for repair again. They have to give you a replacement if they cant fix it. Especially if its the same fault.

    And last dont shop there again. They obviously dont aim to please a customer so no point giving them your money.

    I had this alot with Kings Communications outlets before. Then i just stopped going to them and got decent service elsewhere.
