Are bank branches open over Easter?

    Typical, seem to have lost my bank card. Tried calling my bank ( ulster bank) and an automated message said they are closed today. Does anybody know when bank branches reopen?

    Closed for bank holiday, will be open the next available day.

    Managed to find a number to report lost cards and spoke to a human, bloody shut till Tuesday :(
