Portal 2 is worth €35 - €45 depending on where you buy it AFAIK, so this is a cracking deal!

That's a great package, but the sterling price is only £49.99. Anyone know if it's possible to get it at that price? It would only be around €60 then

Unfortunately as of late (as in the last two years) Steam (as a platform together with the publishers) has chosen to go down that avenue with it's pricing.
The only way I know of is to get someone in the UK/US to gift you the package and you pay them back.

When compared to the UK (£49.99) and US($99.99) prices, it really isn't great. If I didn't already own most of those games already, the price differences across the regions would turn me off completely.
That being said, it still is a good price.
