    Rolled ITs and hips. Must've had some fighting with the sciatic nerves as everything is all relaxed down the legs now (will probably waste half a week on the internet tryin to figure this out. Edit, nope. Apparently the nerve can adhere to muscles and **** things up).

    scap/serratus anterior stuff.

    20 snatches with 20kg kommiebell this mornin

    was beyond tired today despite being well fed. Warmup: band stuff, ytw, quad and hip flexor stretch, x band walks (not sure what to make of these), eye of newt.

    snatch pull + hang snatch + snatch
    up to 65kg, missed the snatch at 70

    snatch:
    70-75-78-78
    failed another 3 or 4 singles at 78, they were all high enough but outta place. body basically refused to do what it was supposed to. Left shoulder opened dialogue as well, which is worrying. Went back to 60 and failed it a few times too.

    squats: 79, 71

    went to do some snatch presses but there was some voodoo.

    did some conditioning and stretching and things

    Disaster!

    Warmup: band stuff, ytw, skipped the x-band walks, did some stretchin

    clean and jerked up to 88 for 5 singles, some of these were pretty soft, which is a pain.

    Squats: 83, 75

    jerk drives: up to 140 for a double

    one arm scap pulldown: 40 for a bunch of 8s

    Snatches: perfect to 65, some singles at 70 but I don't have the pop at the top and getting slower retreatin' the hips at that point. Did a load of singles at 75, missed a few, did some pulls and pulls against a purple band (oh no he di'nt) and some various chanting and voodoo. backed off and did 5 doubles at 60

    squats: 87, 80 Slowly slowly catchee monkey. Forgot to brace.

    Did herself's bootcamp then. Good stuff, although I had to do more than five. I don't do more than five.

    Oh, also pressed a kettlebell a bunch of times while cycling. I reckon the russians would've won the cold war if they had access to this awesome secret. Unfortunately I now have a notion of pressing the 32 while cycling. Tactical as ****.

    Clean and jerked 95 for a single. Back to 76 for 1x2c+1j then 5x1c+2j. Squats: 91, 82, sn pulls:3x3x80, rdl 3x5x105. Si joint felt weird. Tried hard to brace abs properly which improved matters a little. Had more energy today (which would bring the total energy to 'some', I believe the cycling kb presses are the factor here)

    snatched 65 for 7 doubles. can pretty much drive a truck under my right scap. Spent some time trying everything to activate the serratus. **** it. reps were good though.

    squats: 83-75

    push press: 60 for a bunch of doubles (speeeeeed)

    back squat into btn pushpress: up to 60 (more speeeeed)

    sn pulls: 80x3, 85x3x3 horrible nasty things

    think that's about it. snapped the chain off me bike due to awesome quadz power (!) spent 45mins hammering the pin out at the side of the street using an unlikely combination of things. nearly went under a 5mins later when both wheels locked up at a light (stupid greasy road). I'm now afraid to try to go home in case the ****ing thing spontaneously combusts. I blame kettlebells.

    Warmup: a plague of lower body stretches, YTs (lots and lots), no band stuff

    snatch: 65 for 5 doubles
    squats: 91-82
    set of 10 pullups (just wanted to see if I could still do 10)

    need to do more split squats. Shoulder not too bad. It was at me this morning. I've a feeling that band stuff is ****ing with it.

    forgot to take me shoes off forthe 1st set. Hamstrings were off ccos of the heel.

    Bit tight today due to sitting on the plague cart for about three hours.
    Warmup:
    stretches (adductor, arse, h-flexorz), some lunges with the bar, clams, front raises, prone internal rotations, probably a load of other stuff, no bands again.

    snatched 66 for 5 doubles, some looping action as a result of trying to go fast.

    squats: 87, 78

    front squatted up to 100 for a single (not too bad)
    stripped the bar to 80 and did a thruster with it (ewww!)
    did some light overhead squats and snatch-grip overhead shrugz
    kurls: 15kg DBs x10, wasn't arsed resting between sets and did some drop sets
    Bootcampage (i.e. not getting away with trying to dodge core work and imbalance stuff)

    Almost forgot: walloped the **** out of my head with the bar during snatch warmups.

    The reason you've yet to squat 300kg is because of all that silly yoga stuff you're doing! ;)

    Yesterday's snatchez:

    Need lower shoes to keep hipz down. Reasonably happy with speed. Shoulder stability is pretty bad still though (been working on various aspects of it since august)

    clean and jerk up to 89 for 2 singles (cleans were manky, should pay them some attention), then 77kg (reps on the jerk):
    2-2-2-6-2. hmmm,

    squatz: 91, 82

    sn pulls
    85x3x3
    these feel better today. Still nasty though.

    110x3x5 good weight.

    Didn't train yesterday, did something today instead.

    1 Clean 3 Jerks, 5 sets at 75kg (at home so no 10kg jumps only on the quick lifts)

    back squatz: 100-90-90
    threw in an extra set. had to use magnets and 1" weights to go from 95-100



    RDLs, 105kg x


    step ups: 3x5 a side with 44kg or so. Not as awful as split squats, dunno if they're as useful as it was hard to do a useful eccentric. need a lot more of this type of stuff. I have no ass.

    Edit: presses and gunz with dumbells

    warmup: awesome super secret dumbbell thing of awesomeness

    snatch up to 55 for a triple and some stuff from the hang. Forgot how to snatch.

    squatz: 91-82 pretty boring

    sn grip pressouts: 60 for 3x10

    жим стоя Клоков:
    3x10x20kg

    went upstairs and did a kinda superset of DB benches and step ups with 15s. Felt a bit Ree-tarded though!

    that's it I think.

    Seemed to recover from that bout of death I had yesterday. Light week continueth.

    DB stuff for a while

    clean and jerk:
    70 for some doubles

    squatz: 95, 87, I'm ****.

    jerk drivez: up to 160 for a double. hyperextended under one of these but got away with it. felt heavy. walked out and stuff with 160 and bounced it about a bit to cause a bit o' stress.

    RDL: 110kg 3x5

    pulldownz: 3x10, Kurlz and drop sets, rowed a 25kg dumbbell till I got bored. Spent a solid 40 minutes trying to hammer the end cap off an eleiko bar.

    SI joint wasn't happy from stepping up yesterday. Probably should've made sure I did them right.

    db chesticle press: 3x15x15kg (moar weight next time I suppose)
    lying tricepital extensifications: 3x10-12 with EZ+15kg, super'd with Kurlz.

    A 56kg man who can deadlift more than me told me "your girlfriend is strong, maybe she could protect you" :(:(:(

    Warmup: errr... 35km cycle (I'm allergic to buses)
    was 82.5 in the gym so spent ages tryin to hydrate and the like.
    stretched me hips out when on the vibro plate
    made X-rated fun times with a hockey ball
    db shoulders stuff
    twisty lunge things (these feel very useful)

    Clean and jerk : 3 doubles at 70
    Squats: 103, 93
    RDL: 110kg for 3x5
    Edit: jerk dips: up to 150 for a double
    Pulldowns: 50kg, 3x15

    That's it I think.

    Clean and jerk: 90-95-101(fx2)-90-96-100(fx2)
    failed the clean on the 101 and the jerk on the 100s

    don't think I've ever jerked 96 after a full clean so that's almost kind of a pb.

    3 position catch cleans (above parallel, at parallel and rock bottom) 60kg x3 sets

    *enter bastarding headache*

    squats 99-90

    pulldowns
    kurls
    think I prefer the bar for curls rather than dumbbells

    idiotic commuter race on one of the climbs back home. lungs are in ribbons.
