    Andy was presented with his BJJ BLACK BELT by Rodrigo Medeiros at their seminar this afternoon.

    Best seminar I've ever been too!! Well done to Andy getting his black belt he deserves it!! Liam And Steo o toole both got brown belts, Neil Seery and Paul Cowzer got purple and there were a lot of blues so someone should post up soon. Rodrigo was excellent too, one of best days in this sport so far
