Removing Tar on car

Can anyone tell me the easiest and quickest way of removing flicks of tar on my car. I'm trying to sell my car and it's silver so the tar is really visible. The roads around my area are really bad so pot holes are constantly being filled but half of the stuff ends up on my car. Any suggestions?
