Pixmania order woes

    hi all,

    last night I made an order with Pixmania, in that order was an OCZ 120gb Vertex 2 ssd. The price was e171. I paid for express delivery as well so the order would be here tomorrow morning.

    This morning I check my account to see that the ssd has suddenly become Temporarily Unavailable with an alternative listed to buy instead.

    Here's the ssd in stock, the only difference is the price e184, still sold by pixmania [exact same model].

    They took the money as soon as I placed the order & at that stage everything was a-ok. It seems that they had the ssd down at the wrong price or something.

    So, I was just wondering before I email them, am I entitled to get the Vertex 2 ssd for e171 & show them that it is in stock (but for e184) & demand it be delivered?

    I know, had plenty trouble with Pixmania before, the problem is that the other sites I use are gone seriously downhill - dabs, komplett

    Amazon is definitely the way to go especially with the free delivery- should have learned my lesson by now :rolleyes:

    yeah komplet are ropey too.

    expansys or amazon seem to be fine.
