It Has the 4.2.1 Firmware, and has an untethered jailbreak using Greenpois0n RC6
The ipod has lots of very cool themes that you can apply via Winterboard, and lots of apps.
It also has Cydia and Installous.
It also has multitasking.

The condition of the device is considerate. The screen is perfect, with no scratches at all. The metal back has quite a few though. Will through in a ipod screen protector, and an ipod case.

If Anyone wants to buy it, you can, just name a reasonable offer.
