Progression PgDip to Masters (Grant Query)

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in TESOL Level 9 but decide not to do the masters. I would like to do a Masters in NUIG in MSc (Information Systems Management)— full-time this year which is also Level 9. My query is if you do a Masters at Level 9 is this considered progression from a Diploma at Level 9. Any help/advice would…
