Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

just wondering how many crosses to a certain breed before the resultant animal wil loose the hybrid vigour associated with cross breeding.for example if i have a lim calf out of a lim out of a sim x cow whats the chances she'l perform more like a pedigree than a crossbred. just asking because would hate to have a herd that performed like pedigrees from a disease immunity and performance point of view. today had to inject 3 calves for various ailments ALL pedigree and we only had 7 pb calves born out of a total of 71:eek::eek:. hate how succeptable the cows are to problems also. strongly thinking of out crossing every generation ie parthenaisx lim x sim.
