Pre-fab sliding sash windows with boxes

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy standard sized pre-fab sliding sash windows with shutter boxes? My OH really likes the idea of them, but I'm worried that they may be prohibitively expensive if they need to be custom made. She's thinking of something like this...
