    Ok week, still have the niggle at the top of the left hamstring. Got PT last Tuesday and booked again for Thursday. It has definitely improved over the last few days so hopefully that will be enough to cure it.
    Had my second Pilates session last week, intensity was raised from the first week, also did 2 weights and core sessions along with a 1000m swim this morning.
    On weight loss, dropped 1.5 lbs this week, was on track to lose more but at a function yesterday munched on cocktail sausages and wedges without thinking of the impact, it's not just chocolate and biscuits that cause the problems!
