Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Partition not being fully used

    This is a strange one but I'm out of ideas on how to fix it besides just wiping the laptop which the user doesn't want to do.

    500GB HD divided into 2 partitions, 100GB System and the rest just for data. OS is Windows 7 Enterprise x64 and it's a HP Elitebook 8540w.

    The problem is that the 100GB partition says there is only 3GB free but there is only 40GB of data on this partition(Checked this by selecting all folders and right-clicking and also confirmed it using WinDirStat). In disk management the partition size is 100GB and when you look in My Computer it says the partition is 100GB.

    I've updated Chipset, Storage drivers and the BIOS and reset BIOS to default values and still the same problem. Any other things that I can try?
