Fire in City Centre??

Driving into work tonight, seen smoke billowing from top of a building near Grand Canal Theatre so i cut across East Link in case of delay. Any ideas what was going on??

Fire in disused buildings in Kilsaran cement/concrete yard on Hanover Quay. 5 units of DFB from Tara st. and North Strand stations on scene for approx 3 hours to extinguish fire and make scene safe.
