Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

USB needs to be plugged in and out to work

I have one of our products connecting to the pc through a standard usb cable, drivers installed etc... I'm on Windows XP, and find that I have to plug in the usb device at least twice for it to recognise the device. I plug it in, then out and then in again and it's grand. It's not a major issue but doesn't anyone know why…
