Hi everyone I just wanted to warn you that some scumbags are stealing wheelie bins from the Tara grove/Mervue area and burning them in a corner of the parkland beside the Mervue pitch. Hi everyone I just wanted to warn you that some scumbags are stealing wheelie bins from the Tara grove/Mervue area and burning them in a corner of the parkland beside the Mervue pitch.
This is after happening to me twice in the last 2 months. I've contacted the Gardai etc because the City bin Co. couldn't give a toss with helping me out and are expecting me to pay to replace the stolen bins.
Just a heads up to anyone else in the area, it seems to be happening every Thursday night before the bins are collected.
