Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Please note buried in the wildlife act that it is illegal to take photos/video etc of bird/chicks/eggs in nest without an appropriate license.

There has been a noted increase of photos etc and references to getting near to nests recently.

I've rushed this message out between errands and I'd appreciate, by private message (PM) improvements/corrections to this rushed notice :)

I have contacted a couple of contributors by PM already and they have have been apologetic.

    Cheers
    MM

And to add, there is good reason for it to be illegal.

It may disrupt the birds, cause stress, perhaps leading to reduced success or even abandonment.

Anyone here loves to view nature, but a big part of that is respect.
