Howdy ,hope someone can help me with my new phone:( I've had the phone for about three weeks and tonight for some reason the data arrows have stopped coming up and data connection seems to be gone. I can't even check my credit balance ,but I can recieve texts and vodafone email notifications. Would this be a phone problem…

Howdy ,hope someone can help me with my new phone:(

I've had the phone for about three weeks and tonight for some reason the data arrows have stopped coming up and data connection seems to be gone.
I can't even check my credit balance ,but I can recieve texts and vodafone email notifications.

Would this be a phone problem ?

Edit : I logged onto vodafone (PC) and still have plenty of credit and I'm on the free monthly broadband €30 thing.

There are a couple of threads on the Vodafone forum that suggests it was/is network problem not phone.

Never had any extended loss of data connection on 3 anyway.

That looks to have been the issue alright ,I had reset the data on the phone thinking I installed a bogey app or something ,a bit of pain but at least the phone is ok.
