30 yr old male on diet

    Hi all, have been meaning to start a thread for a while but kept putting it off.
    Currently 210lbs 6ft 1 and looking to get down to 196lbs.
    Play football but have been constantly injured recently and put on weight, want to get back to mu usual weight.
    Back training twice a week and game at wkend. Looking for advice on what else I should do inbetween these sessions. Recently got gym membership and have a local track I can use.
    Also looking for advice on what I should be eating on daily basis.
