replacement credit card - Do you get a new number ?

    Just wondering if you get a new credit card number if you order a replacement card?

    I ordered one today as my details where on the Playstation Network and Sony got hacked. !!

    But if i don't get a new number there's no point !

    NOTE: I just logged into my online account and order a replacement. I didn't phone them.

    Yes. A new card will have a slightly different number and new security code etc

    You can ask for a new number.

    You may have just ordered a new copy of your existing card instead of a new card. Call them to confirm :)
