Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does any one know what the internal diameter on a G&G raider is? I'm looking at getting one just need to know if I need to factor in a new barrel....

well, its not a tightbore, iirc, its roughly 6.08.

Any tightbore is going to improve your performance... no tightbore will not. Its a win win situation really.

They are honestly money well spent in terms of accuracy.

The standard Raider Barrel is 6.08mm, the best tightbores for Irish conditions and readily available BBs is 6.03 or 6.04

Just note that depending upon the original FPS of your AEG, fitting a tightbore may make it 'hot' and you'll have to factor in the cost of downgrade as well as the Barrel

The man raises a good point... Forgot to mention that. Chances are if you're dancing around the 310 mark, it might push you over if you swap hopup rubber at the same time. My current favourite combo of madbull black python and blue rubber pushes my guns up 20 fps

I know about the bump in FPS one of my mates told me about a scar of his that became hot due to it. Hmm I'll have too see what the wallet will stretch to!! :D

    Thanks for the help!
