I'm having a friend over tomorrow for drinks in the garden and plan to do a baked camembert in it's box with some crusty bread and a side salad, as it seemed foolproof! I've just had a look online though and am now really confused about how long the cheese needs to bake for and whether or not you should remove the rind on top before baking.

Can anyone post a tried-and-tested method?

I'm also going to do a side of caramelised balsamic red onions, so if anyone has a great recipe then do share!

Edit: Didn't mean to post in the Cooking Club, sorry! Can the mods please move it to the main forum?
