Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I heard pope mention that. It's the same as skype but it doesn't require any sing up or account. When installed it looks through your contacts to find if anyone has viber installed too. It's just voip telephony. There's another one too called tango. They're all fine if your coverage is good (3G) and you've a data allowance on your phone.

I don't think that there's a data download issue. Skype is much improved for computers but Viber appears to be much better on iPhones with a version on the way for Android.

But I wonder how the developers make any money from it.

Well if you're on pre pay it could work out expensive unless you've a data add-on. Or if you're on bill pay and dont monitor your usage across all apps it could be painful. O2's base advance plan now only has 250mbs (down from a former high of 2GB) and that isn't alot of data.
