accessing public folders

Hi, I have been off campus for the last two semesters . The old way of accessing public folders doesn't seem to work (https://exchstudent1.ul.ie) , how do we access them now?
I have seen a link in my student email ( more.ul links. exam papers) but this prompts me for a username and password , when i enter my student number and password( is it the same one as sulis?) it just brings me to a blank page?
Any help would be great, thanks.

hi thanks for the reply. But thats the same link as the one from my email, it prompts me for password and username, once i enter them it just asks me again for them and then if i enter them again it just brings me to a blank screen. Must be a problem with my username and password, is it the same login details as sulis?

Your password is probably expired. Try resetting it here: https://outside.ul.ie/passwordreset/StudentChangePassword.aspx

You need to put ul\ before your username

thanks for the replies, i just kept trying through my email and it eventually let me in, afraid to close it now so just going to leave the tab open.......
