    After 20 years' service our washing machine finally died today.

    Any suggestions for good deals on a new one?

    Oh - and any recommendations re useful features would be welcome...

    Bumping this - as I was wondering about washing machines as well :-)

    Anyone know of any good deals you ones with > 7kg load and a fairly decent energy rating ?
    Was looking at those LG ones but they seem a bit pricy.

    Try watters electrical just outside dundalk. Very keen with price and will deliver and fit the new machine and take away old machine. Sound to deal with. Bought Bosch machine off them after Christmas. Cheers mick

    Thanks - do they deliver down as far as cork do you know - presumably you are getting the benefit of a direct sterling to euro - price ?

    They deliver country wide... ask for kieran sound guy... the machine we bought in January was 540 euro. Top of range bosch. Mother in law paid 850 for it in cork!
