Ideas for using an old lawnmower engine

Ok, I have an old working 3.5hp lawnmower engine that I'd like to use for something. Obvious suggestion is a go kart, but I havent got room & my kids are too young.

Just wondered if anyone had any other ideas ?

I used mine for whipping the cream:D

You dont tell us what type it is, is a B and S with vertical drive shaft or a nice Ransome with horz shaft

I'd say it's a vertical shaft. If it's horizontal, there shouldn't be a question. Build a go kart. This is the go kart I made

This is what happens when your steering doesn't recenter itself, you don't have a clutch, brakes or chain. Or common sense. :rolleyes:
