Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i might be in the wrong forum but i was just wondering how would i be able to find out what font/fonts are on certain pages that i have and stuff.

Like would there be any software that i could download maybe then u upload the scanned page to the programme it scans it and tells u the font. Something like that ???

I have already tried to compare the papers i have with different fonts with microsoft word and no luck.. i know its not the usual fonts anyways like times new roman

any help would be appreciated thanks

It's not exactly what you want I know but I use amp font viewer to compare fonts:

Other then a visual inspection I'm not sure of anything that would help you. Have you tried scanning the document in if you've OCR software to see if it can recognise the fonts?

No that software is solely for comparing fonts. It isnt OCR software Im afraid, sorry. Are you looking for said software? Microsoft office comes with some document imaging or Onenote which both can do OCR. Or there's tesseract-ocr, which is free:

    There's FontMatch http://www.stretchedout.com/products/fontmatch/fontmatch.php

which will attempt to compare your scanned font to others on your computer for a best match.

But if you don't have the big galleries of fonts installed by Photoshop / Corel etc on your PC, there are online sites which will attempt to recognise the font for you.
