Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I would suggest a service such as www.fasthosts.co.uk and their "Sitebuilder" facility.
I have one site with them alone (and other stuff) and they are very cheap, very professional, very easy to use and its a 24 hours service/help line.

    Their Sitebuilder service: http://www.fasthosts.co.uk/hosting/sitebuilder/

    thanks Biggins,

would that sitebuilder allow me to set up a page where customers can enter details such as name and phone number?

If you just want basic functionality you could always embed a google doc form which would store that information in a spreadsheet for you.

you can use sitebuilder for a small (couple of pages) website but you will have to choose the predesigned layout available and a limited change to it is possible.
