Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Guys, wondering if you can help me out here. I'm building a 3 tier level in back garden due to 45 deg upright slope to the back. Just wondering, would i need to put in some form of balustrades on the edge of the wall as there is a drop of 6ft to the next level...is there anything in the building regs that i must produce some form of protection. Anybody get me....

Wouldnt think there anything in regs but where there is loads of guidance is the risk of litigation if someone falls in your garden. Any insurer will tell u that u have a duty of care so don't hand them an out clause on a plate
