cant send emails

    hi is there a problem with the smtp services?

    i can receive emails but cant send them

    i get this error all the time now

    "
    Task 'myname@yourdomain.ie - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC67) : ' The server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 81.17.252.70 (81.17.252.70:25), connect timeout'"

    im using outlook 2007 when this happens
