Tax credit for renting

Hi Folks, We plan to move out of the parents home and start renting towards the end of the year and I was just wondering are we still able to claim Tax back on this? I seem to remember in the last budget that anyone not renting at that time would not be allowed to claim the tax back going forward over the coming years. can…

Hi Folks,
