    Got a text from City Council earlier saying that there is a burst main on University Road that may affect water supply in the City Centre. Repairs underway.

    Was walking by as it happened. Bloody cowboys..you'd think they'd know where to dig. 1 guy operating the digger,4 others standing around watching. It's the works thats going on at the playground entrance beside cathedral
