Quick Broadband and new contract question

    Hi, I'm on the basic broadband package with the 10gb limit,if I move up to the 30gb limit does it mean I'm contracted for another 12 months?

    Hi Inbox,

    Yes any upgrade of a broadband package or change of bundle package will incur a new 12 month contract.
