Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is MMA training on in Point Blank Submissions on Saturday. Not really suitable for beginners though so don't know if it would be suitable or not.

Thanx. I've just checked your website and noticed that trainings on Sat are open sessions/sparring classes - what does it mean? They're not regular classes when you learn new techniques? I'm a beginner and wondering if they're suitable for someone like me

Mmm probably not - we have a beginners course starting on Sept 6 after which you can decide which class would suit you.

Coaches would mainly be Vinny Connolly and to a lesser degree myself. Vinny has some great coaching methods for the aspects of MMA, we've got a batch of new recruits at the moment so it's a great time to slot in with others of the same level. Training is on every Saturday at 6, come rain or shine! My coaching credentials are razor sharp humour and a winning smile! :D
