Anyone got a view on good pubs for the Champions League match tonight.
Preferably south side of city centre.
Need lots of TV's, big screen optional, but sound and a lot of it.
Hate watching a match in a pub with the sound low
    Cheers

I think Sinnotts (under Stephens green centre) is a big place for TV matches. Not been in a while though.

Sinnotts could be a good call alright.
Woolshed is class, but just the wrong side of town for me.
Used to watch the matches in mcSorleys in Ranelagh, but never seems to get a crowd anymore so no atmosphere

Sinnotts, Woolshed and The Living Room are central pubs I frequent, largely because I cant find anything better centrally. Really like the Ivy House for a match but its not central.

Pity its an absolute dive... TP Smiths a the back of the Jervis isn't too bad, big screen, decent crowd, decent pints.

Any further suggestions on where best to watch tonight’s Bayern vs. Man City match and Champions League matches in general? Looking for a nice pub in a central location, apart from the dumps in the O’Connell Street area…

What about the Portobello, was in there once and there's a couple of Tvs and one big one.
