PS3 Pro Evolution 2011 option file question

Hi, I loaded an option file to my HD on the PS3 a few months ago. I downloaded another one that is more up todate....it seems like a lot of the files are the same but do I still need to copy across each file individually? there are hundreds! Or can I just copy across the Edit file on its own?

You need to copy every single one individually unfortunately.
