No BBC on Sky+HD

    Bit of an odd problem here. On my Sky+HD box I cannot connect to BBC1,2 or HD. The Program information works as normal but the channels wont work.
    Every other channel works as normal.

    Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? The Box isn't connected to a phone line, could this be the problem? Do I need to update the box's firmware?

    It applies to BBC as well.......All down to a Sky upgrade some time ago.

    try the old "plug it out for 5 mins" trick :)

    (so just to clarify on channel 141 there is program info but no picture or sound?)

    I have a current sky sub and it's the only box in the house. Should the upgrade have effected me like in the other thread?

    When i go to any of the three channels I get Error 25 and it says "No Satalite Signal is being recieved".
