    You generally don't get a phone "free" on a basic package.

    But I saw some offer, Join Today and get this phone free. It was a very basic phone, for when your out getting locked. So that you dont loose your good phone.

    Sorry I should have said it was this phone(the party phone or something). I didn't mean a smartphone or anything like that.
