tattoo design exposing muscle/tissue??

    I have an outline of the letter F on my back. The F in question is here.............

    The guy that did it has since passed away (RIP Hugh) and I want to get it filled in. I was thinking about getting it to look like the skin has been sliced/peeled of exposing the muscle, tissue etc underneath. I would imagine it would be fairly detailed??

    Can anyone recommend anyone in the Dublin area that would be good at this ort of thing?
