Hi Lads I'm looking for a computer capable of playing Crysis 2 or Battlefield at full settings if possible.I wouldn't build it myself because to be honest I would feck it up if I went near it.My price range is 600-800?This would have to include everything.Thanks in advanced.

Crysis 2 can ruin fluidly maxed on a 500 euro gaming rig, or perhaps cheaper. It's not as intensive as the original game. As for Battlefield I assume you mean the new one, there's no minimum specs out at the moment so you can only speculate what you need for that!

So are you looking for everything as in: the pc, the monitor, and the peripherals?

Yup Cherry I am Indeed.The cheaper the better but ya know.I don't need to run Battlefield.But if i't could even run BFBC2 i'd be happy.

you can build a nice rig for €800.

take a look at the Budget gaming PC's sticky and read through a few posts. your looking for a €600 rig and add a nice 1080p monitor @ ~130 and the rest on peripherals.

snakey pix actually doesnt list any technical info for their products it seems.

The Phenom X4 840 is just an OC'd athlon X4.
It has no L3 cache and is poor choice and performer. AMD was being a little bit snakey too it seems. i cant wait to see these pop up all over OEM PC's because of the Phenom name.

the cheapest phenom you should be concidering is the X4 955. if you order from HWVS, its only €99.

The 840 is really an Athlon II X4 "650" 3.2 ghz

they just renamed it to get more sales

it has no sweet golden 6mb of L3 cache like the proper Phenom II's

Still its a grand chip

There's enough in the budget for a proper Phenom II anyway
