    In light of the fact Brazil is a buoyant Market at present, are there Civil engineering opportunities?

    i dont know,but im off there for a few weeks in the summer:p

    it seems to be a big property bubble out there,
    land and house prices have been rising for years now at an alarming rate.

    The Brazilian economy is booming and with the Olympics in Rio coming up there's going to be a lot of construction going on. However, I do know someone who lived there for a while and he said fluent Portugese is a must. English isn't spoken very widely in Brazil apparently.
