Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iomega Screenplay Plus HD Media Player problem..

    I bought this product today, I took it home put it straight into my computer and downloaded about ten movies successfully.

    When I plug it into my tv via hdmi it connects and comes up.

    As the homepage but it stalls from there on, it doesnt respond to the remote control when I press buttons, It only responds when I turn it on initally using Standby!

    What should I do? All help greatly appreciated thank you.

    Might be worth updating the firmware or is there an option to reset the device to factory settings in case the firmware option doesn't work? Apart from that the only other advice (albeit too late now) is stay away from Iomega. I reckon they're pretty chronic

    Well, if its not working and he only got it today then he can return it. Need to make sure to delete the movies though.

    My ScreenPlay Director is unresponsive for about 10 seconds after booting while it selects the correct resolution over HDMI, make sure that's not happening to you.
