hi i got a good few tunes just me myself and i and id like to throw them down on a demo, just me and the guitar, i have some lads waiting on a demo tape to form a band, they heard my tunes and think i have somthing

any good demo places cheap and cheerful or will anyone record me in nass newbridge area??

How concerned are you about the sound quality? Or do you just want people to be able to hear what the sound is like?

If its really just a rough demo you're looking for, to give to potential bandmates, I'd recommend just doing it on a computer, maybe with garageband or something similiar.

If you want a demo cd to send to a radio station or label or something like that, then yes, you need high quality, but otherwise I don't think you should worry too much about it

I use a digital 8 track Boss BR-864 for recording. I don't think that particular model is still available but there is a subsequent model BR-800 still available. It's €438 on thomann.de. There are other smaller 4 tracks there too
