Can you top up 10 twice with Meteor to get your free texts?

When you top up €20 in one go you get free texts for the month from Meteor. I'm sure it used to be that you just had to top up €20 within 24 hours, is this still/was this ever the case?

Eligible Customers must then top-up by €20 or more, in one go, every 30 days and maintain a positive credit balance to continue to receive the free SMS under the Promotion. You should allow a maximum of up to one working day after topping up for the Promotion to take effect.

All the networks are like this now based on 30 days, where it used to be based on calendar months
