Irish holiday destinations

    Hi all,

    Does anyone have any reccommendations for holiday destinations within Ireland?
    I have the task of organising a 1 -2 week for the extended family (around 15 people).
    It needs to be somewhere with a bit of nightlife and things to do during the day (we are not looking for a quiet rural retreat). Two years ago we were in Killarney and that was good craic. Anyone have any similar suggestions?

    hi,kilkenny is good for few nights out,not sure if there is much to do there though,
    Went to galway a few years back,was great during the summer with a good vibe to the place.Good nightlife,went to the aran islands as well and down the coast of the mainland,cliffs of moher and lahinch so plenty to do if ye can get around.
