    It works just fine in IE and in an older version of FF, just not FF4.

    Yes this issue with Firefox 4 appears to be still ongoing. This link to Mozilla shows issue is pretty wide spread, unfortunately we do not have any further information on the issue or possible fix.
    We have logged a fault report on their site at this link
    Sorry that we have no more info on this issue.
