Where to fix a bench saw?

    I bought on of the lidl bench saws last year.

    Its not starting to cut crocked.I bought a new blade but the problem is still there

    I now assume the part that holds the blade is sprained.

    Anyone who who can fix this

    Normally they have a 3 year warranty

    yeah but i think its from over use tbh,because it did cut perfectly before.
    I don't think i have any proof of purchase either.
    I could always chance it i suppose,they have one's in next week and all:)

    Lidl are usually VERY accommodating with this sort of stuff. They go well above your statutory entitlements, but just remember its their good will not a right you have.

    Ask but dont demand

    LIDL themselves probably won't do anything. They usually have a helpline number in the instruction manual for the power tools they sell, and they have an agent/repair engineer contracted for Ireland for their line of tools.

    I found their returns service excellent.
    I bought a hard drive 2.5 years ago and it started giving trouble.
    I called the helpline and they sent out a courier and shipped it back to germany to repair it, I didn't have any reciept but it was no issue once I had the serial number all was ok.
