Thanks Pearse, I had seen that all right, but it is only the kicking off for the procurement process. It is inviting parties to submit SAQ's and supporting info for the local authority (Clare Co Co) to assess and prepare a tender panel. The actual tenders for the design and build contract for the pier will not be issued until some time during the summer and it is unlikely that any contract will be awarded before end of the summer.
