    to be fair i would say tulisa finds this decision hard. she seems a bit more hands on than any of the judges were before. i cant imagine cheryl cole actually ever hung out with contestants backstage and simon barely ever even knew their names...

    Yeah the girls is are definitely the most difficult to judge in this regard. I think Mischa is very good, not my thing at all, but she is good.

    Yeah I don't really like Janet either. She's a bit dull...and she looks dull as well.

    For the amount of work they've to put in it's a pretty low-paying job. The way finances work for contestants is disgusting.
